Employment Arrangements for Hong Kong Non-local Graduates to Stay/Return to Hong Kong (IANG)


Non-local students who have studied full-time locally accredited courses in Hong Kong and obtained a bachelor's degree or higher qualifications, (Note 1, hereinafter referred to as "non-local graduates") may apply to stay in Hong Kong under the non-local graduates' stay/return employment arrangements, and stay in Hong Kong/return Hong Kong for work. The project aims to attract non-local students who graduated in Hong Kong to work in Hong Kong, with no quota and no industry restrictions. After living continuously for no less than 7 years, you can apply for permanent residence in Hong Kong.

Employment Arrangements for Hong Kong Non-local Graduates to Stay/Return to Hong Kong (IANG)

Application Requirements

[1] Non-local fresh graduate categories:

* Submit application for return to Hong Kong for employment six months from the date of graduation

* It is not necessary to have a job offer when applying


[2] Non-local non-fresh graduates category:

* Non-local non-fresh graduates who intend to return to Hong Kong to work must first obtain employment when applying.

* Salary and welfare conditions reach market level


[3] Greater Bay Area Campus Graduate#

* Graduates should submit an application for employment in Hong Kong to the Immigration Department within six months from the date of graduation (i.e. the date stated on the graduation certificate)

* Non-fresh graduates who intend to work in Hong Kong must first obtain employment when applying.

#Greater Bay Area Campus Graduates refer to full-time courses offered by universities in the Mainland and Hong Kong in accordance with the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Sino-foreign Cooperative Education" and established by higher education cooperative education institutions in the mainland cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher qualification.

  • 1. Preliminary inquiries to AIMS and understand the project content
  • 2. Immigration assessment by AIMS consultant
  • 3. Sign a service agreement with AIMS and pay the service fee, and collect various documents from the applicant at the same time
  • 4. AIMS will submit the application to the Immigration Department on your behalf and obtain the file number.
  • 5. After being approved, AIMS will apply for a Hong Kong visa or "entry permit" electronic visa to the Immigration Department on your behalf.
  • 6. Come to Hong Kong to apply for a Hong Kong Resident Identity Card
