U.S. Employment-Based Immigration: Third Preference (EB3)

U.S. "non-skilled occupation" immigration is an employer-sponsored immigration program launched by the U.S. government to solve employment shortages. In response to the supply and demand of the labor market, employers are allowed to import employees from foreign countries in the form of sponsored immigrants, so as to fill in long-term vacancies in the labor market. This project aims to solve employment shortages, hence it has low requirements and quick approval. It is suitable for those who look for American democratic life, intend to use the strong economy and free market of the United States to flex their muscles, seek career development and breakthroughs, or seek ideal life security for the next generation. The applicant must be at least 18 years old. After being successfully hired by a qualified employer, the whole family can obtain a green card and migrate to the United States.
