Hong Kong's "Capital Investment Entrant Scheme" aims to allow qualified investors from around the world to immigrate to Hong Kong, thereby attracting funds and talents to Hong Kong.
Qualified individuals can invest HKD30,000,000 or more in financial products designated by the Hong Kong government, but exclude purchasing properties. After approval, they can move to Hong Kong with their family members. After living continuously for no less than 7 years, they can apply for permanent residency in Hong Kong.

* Applicant must submit a net asset verification application: the applicant must demonstrate to the Director of the Investment Promotion Agency that, during the six months immediately preceding the date of application, they have had absolute beneficial ownership of net assets or net capital worth at least HKD 30 million (or equivalent in foreign currency). Permitted investment portfolio:

* Residency period: 2 years + 3 years + 3 years
