Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professional (ASMTP)

Hong Kong's "Admission of Mainland Talents" program aims to attract mainland professionals with recognized qualifications to work in Hong Kong. It is quota-free and has no industry restrictions. It will be adjusted according to local labour demand. After living continuously for no less than 7 years, you can apply for the right of abode in Hong Kong.

Application requirement :

* No serious criminal record

* Good educational background/technical qualifications

* There is a vacancy for this position and you have been hired

* It must be related to their academic qualifications or work experience, and local people cannot be easily found.

* Salary and benefits are at market rates

* Apply for visa/entry permit to work in Hong Kong

AIMS Service Process

1. Preliminary inquiries to AIMS and understand the content of the title
2. Immigration assessment by AIMS consultant
3. Sign a service agreement with AIMS and pay the service fee. At the same time, collect various documents from the applicant and employer.
4. After obtaining a job offer in Hong Kong, AIMS will submit an application to the Immigration Department on your behalf and obtain a file number.
5. After being approved, AIMS will arrange for the transfer to the applicant. At the same time, the applicant needs to apply for a “Permit to Travel to and from Hong Kong and Macau” and the relevant Hong Kong visa from the relevant mainland authorities.
6. After being successfully approved, you need to arrange for your employer to obtain the “Entry Permit Tag”
