Applicants must obtain a commitment certificate and a letter of support from a designated organization.
* Investment Requirements: The start-up can be individual or a partnership (each partner must hold at least 10% of the company's shares).
* Visa Fee: Principal applicant: CAD 2,140
* Application Processing Time: 35 months
* Accompanying Dependents: Spouse and unmarried children under 22 years old.
