The China M Visa is issued to foreign nationals traveling to China for commercial and trade activities, such as business meetings, negotiations, factory visits, or attending trade fairs. It allows short-term business visits only and does not permit employment or paid work in China. The visa can be issued for single or multiple entries, depending on the applicant's background and invitation.
• Application Form: Completed online
• Passport: 6+ months validity + 1 blank page
• HK Status: HKID / HK visa / landing slip
• Photo: taken within 6 months
• China Visa (if any): Latest visa copy + info page of old passport (if separate)
• Business Proof: Invitation/trade documents from China (fax/scan/print acceptable)
• Company License: Copy/printout of business licence
