Analyse the background of your case
Australia's "Partner Immigration" allows citizens, permanent residents or eligible New Zealand citizens to sponsor their spouses/partners to live in Australia. Australian partner visas are divided into temporary residence and permanent residence. Both must be submitted at the same time. After the temporary residence is approved, you can live in Australia. If you pass the Immigration Department's assessment, you can obtain permanent residence status after two years. This application can be submitted in Australia (categories 309 and 100) or overseas (categories 820 and 801). The application can be submitted together with dependent children (category 445).
