The permit is particularly suitable for business travellers, frequent visitors, and foreign nationals who hold permanent residency in Hong Kong or Macau and wish to avoid repeated visa applications. Once approved, holders can enjoy multiple entries to Mainland China during the validity period.

Application Requirements :

• Application Form: Completed online

• Recent photo

• Valid HK/Macau permanent identity card

• Valid foreign passport (≥6 months validity)

• Nationality proof (e.g., Notice of Application for Access to Information)

• Additional documents if requested by the authority
